INSURANCE INFORMATION
We accept all insurances; however we are in-network with MMSI, BHP, U-Care, Optum, Behavioral Healthcare Providers, Medical Assistance, MHCP, and Medicare.

Sliding Fees: 
We have a certain amount of slots reserved for individuals who may not have insurance and still need assistance.  For those individuals we will consider a sliding-fee scale, based on income.
